Alan Neale Piano Tuner Technician

Alan came at very short notice and was the first time I’d used him. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about pianos. He told me the year my piano was manufactured and not only tuned it (he told me it wasn’t far out) but also adjusted the soft peddle which now works much better. Alan , when he finished had a tune on the piano which showed its quality by his skill full playing. He described it as light touch and bassie I highly recommend Alan for all the reasons above and his fair price , I will definitely ask him to tune my piano next time. What can I say. Absolutely fantastic service start to finish. Alan was extremely knowledgeable and really friendly. Gave me some history on my piano an really made the whole process easy. Alan has been tuning our piano for 20+ years and he always does a great job. We highly recommend him and love the tunes he plays at the end :)
